v3.113.0
It's the last release of the year!
That's all. See you in the new year!
That's all. See you in the new year!
We fixed a thing. If you were logged into RADAR then put the computer to sleep it would appear to still be logged in the next time it woke up. This caused all sorts of issues. Not anymore!
Filters now display correctly and it is no longer possible to select fields that don't exist!
Small amends to alleviate timeouts in report previews.
Some more lovely updates.
User specific role functionality is no longer bundled at a system level. What a relief!
A massive overhaul. Like really big!
Not what you'd sow onto your denim jacket. These are fixes to RADAR than can be applied by clicking on a button.
We love SSL from these lovely people and they're free! We've just made them easier to update.
Glad you asked. Clearing up nicely thanks.
All the things!
More improvements to our survey tool.
Template tweakage for some of our clients' emailer templates.
If you favourited some groups in the People view and we turned off one of them you would get a nasty little error. Fixed it!
Much like a lumberjack we used to log every little thing in RADAR.
Time for a diet. Perhaps some loga! See what I did there? Genius!
So, we added the ability to test triggered emails in the 3.104.0 release. You're welcome!
It needed a bit of tidying. We tidied it!
Grammarly, oh dear, oh dear oh dear!
Yep, Grammarly really messes with our email WYSIWYG. A fix has been applied. Oh damn!
We introduced a special "feature" wherein campaigns that didn't have group criteria couldn't be copied!
What were we thinking?
Do you want to test a triggered email? Sorry, you can't!
Or can you? Yeeeeeah, you can now. Hot diggedy dog!
You may not realise it but API feeds aren't ordered in any way. I know, crazy talk!
It was crazy talk. You can now specify a sort order. The API docs will be updated presently.
One of our lovely clients now has a booking history tab in their telephone popup!
Oh oh, telephone line, give me some time...
In no way like the five D's of Dodgeball. Dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge.
Wait a minute. Is this not the same thing I wrote last time out?
If you answered yes then award yourself ten points!
If you've ever tried copying a really, really, really old campaign that contains groups that no longer exist you would have seen an error.
Not anymore. You can no longer copy those aged campaigns.
We've also tidied up some other "features".
Mary Poppins that's good!
Users can now request a notification email when an SMS campaign has been sent.
In no way like the five D's of Dodgeball. Dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge.
Sorry, these things just pop into my head and it made me laugh.
If you've ever had to update one of your users you have probably stopped that person from logging in.
It turns out if someone has a user name that's not their email address we set it back to their email address anyway.
If you're using our telephony integration you can now have a native device notification.
I know what you're thinking. Inconceivable!
This has been revamped. You can now define the width which the mobile view plugin uses in order to support templates which have smaller cut-off points for their media queries.
I know right!
Some would say the old version was dead. Nah, it was only mostly dead.
Is your old image plugin getting you down? Are your image tag styles regularly throwing a wobble?
You're in luck. We have a shiny new one.
The new version won't mess (not the word we wanted to use) with the image tag's styles!
It wouldn't be a RADAR rollout if there weren't some new and updated email templates!
Nope, not going there. Instead, let's go to ludicrous speed!
Just get in the queue already.
Have you ever wanted to know what happens when someone lands on your site when they click a link in an email?
Now you can. We can add a special anonymised tag to links automatically.
I know, it's terribly exciting!
What happens if it's already been scheduled to send?
You guessed it...we'll try and send it anyway!
Not anymore. We now make sure the task that sends the email is also removed.
Each set of posts now has its own page split out by year.
This is just the first in a series of changes we're planning to make to the blog over the coming months.
For those who know this is hilarious!
For those who don't know don't need to know, you know?
We have a lovely new client with a lovely new theme. I 'wander' where it will lead to?!
That is the correct collective noun for all things widgety, I've checked!
We can now retrieve survey responses from SurveyMonkey, either as a batch request or in real-time!
Upgrading a campaign to an email campaign doesn't always work! Sorry!!
When it doesn't work we don't tell you about it! Ignorance is bliss?
As a result you can't send any sort of email. We normally advise you to abandon it and re-upgrade.
What we do now is try again. Then try again. You get the idea.
If all else fails we will actually tell you there's been an issue.
We've tweaked and fixed some widgets for one of our client's.
We've made some improvements on the back-end!
New themes for two of our most recent clients. Noyce!
A doink load of template and widget goodness.
Are you using LiveChat? You are? Marvellous!
We now support offline scenarios. If someone wants to contact you outside business hours they just send a message using the LiveChat window on your site and we'll receive that data in real-time.
More widget and template loveliness for some of our clients.
A niggly little internal error was being thrown by the Subject Access Request process. So annoying!
If you're lucky enough to be using the telephony integration then you'll now see an updated look and feel.
We used to log you out of RADAR after an hour of inactivity without warning. We'll now warn you after 55 minutes with the option to stay logged in.
One of our client's has some updated and shiny widgets. You know who you are!
You can now have a 'view in browser' link in triggered emails.
There was a bug in the Subject Access Request process. Fixed!
The contact profile section in People > Contacts has undergone a bit of a redesign. This is not generally available. Please contact your account manager if you would like to see a demo.
We've removed support for Internet Explorer!
The SMS section now has tagging!!!
