SMS campaigns
RADAR is now able to carry out all forms of SMS goodness including operational and recurring campaigns.
We have a rather nifty real-time dashboard for monitoring all your SMS campaigns too.
GDPR compliance
We now offer a simple yet effective solution to handling Right to Erasure requests.
Don't forget (pun intended), these requests are irreversible!

Emailer
You can now use the HTML from an old email in your new email campaign.
We'll also check for any rascally merge tags that shouldn't be there and offer up some recommendations.
We've removed the need to have to tag in that rather mysterious UID field when you save an email campaign. We use it for unsubscribe and view in browser links. We take care of that now!
All your templates and widgets have been updated too.
People
We renamed Contacts to People.
We introduced a new breadcrumb navigation into the People section.

This is a new area in the People section.
We summarise the latest activity across all available channels in a simple, easy to consume format.

If you're using the RADAR emailer...
You may have noticed this recommendation when you save your email content.
Don't panic! Your email isn't broken. This just means you can swap out any UID merge tags (e.g. {{6:UID}}) for the new universal version - {|UID|}
Contact your account manager if you have any further questions.
...and if you use templates or widgets, this is for you.
We've updated those too. They now use the universal UID merge tag. There's no need to tag UID when you save email campaigns.

Do you want to use the HTML from an old email in your new email campaign?
Now you can!
Just click on this button in the content designer.
Select the email campaign you want to copy from. Read the warning!
The HTML from that old campaign will replace your current content.
When you save the content we'll also perform a check to make sure any merge tags used also exist in the current campaign.
Any recommendations are shown in the notifications area at the bottom of the page, 'We have some recommendations!'.

Accessing an invalid survey would cause some logging issues. This has been rectified.

Dots. Periods. Fullstops. This villain has many names and has caused many a rendering error in Outlook. This stops now!

Frequently Asked Questions
Someone wants to be forgotten! How? Where?
Don't panic! Just head on over to Contacts > View, look up the individual and hit the Forget me button. Now it is simply a case of confirming your choice by entering FORGET into the box and clicking Ok!
I can't see the Forget me button, what's going on?
You probably don't have the right role. Speak to your Client Administrator about getting the GDPR role and you'll be forgetting people in no time.
I forgot the wrong person! How do I fix this?!
You... don't. Sorry. All forget requests are permenant and non-reversible. You should probably also speak to your Client Administrator about getting that role removed.
Can I use this to forget other things?
Until we perfect our neural-link technology we are sorry to say that RADAR can only help you honour Right to Erasure requests.
